Please slide your MacBook into the dock with the side featuring the MagSafe port, the Apple logo facing upwards and the feet facing downwards. Any other orientation could damage your MacBook or the dock.

Pro takes much longer to manufacture and requires additional components, tighter tolerances and more testing to ensure the mechanism continues working reliably with repeated use.
Pro is made for people who appreciate the smaller details and added conveniences. These features may not be essential, but they make removing, replacing and using your MacBook feel faster and more refined.
Connect provides the integrated USB-C setup, while Pro adds a more advanced mechanism designed to make regular access and removal easier. It is intended for customers who frequently take their MacBook away from the desk.
The overall design and purpose will remain the same, but small components or details may be refined based on testing and early customer feedback before the full release.
